With more than 20 years of military, higher ed., and government broadcasting, teaching, coaching and journalism experiences, my background includes planning and performing as live television interview show host and team lead for production crews engaged in special events, TV producer/director for American Forces Network (AFN), Europe, radio and television broadcast throughout Europe and ships at sea.
Additionally, I produced, directed, wrote and performed as radio show host with AFRTS, Los Angeles. Subsequently, I created special features as producer/director/host with Navy Broadcasting Service, San Diego. I have been teaching and coaching communication, business, entrepreneurial, and media skills within higher education for more than 20 years.

Deb's background includes working with highly diverse groups, individuals, boardrooms, classrooms and missions, including:
- Hanging from a helicopter videotaping during Mt. St. Helen's Disaster and Beirut Recovery Operations;
- Directing underwater scuba diving training videos for Navy SEALs and Basic Underwater Demolition School (BUDS); and
- Creating business and management videos, internationally, for the Navy Personnel Research and Development Center, Point Loma, CA.
For more than two decades, Deb has worked in higher education--teaching video production, multimedia, broadcasting and business management--with hands-on experiences and work demonstrations to share with you, as we prepare your professional, business, communication and marketing projects.
