In a recent podcast hosted by Dr. Mark Hyman, JJ Virgin outlines specific supplements that are readily available, which make a big difference in your health and wellness.  

These life enhancing supplements include:  Vitamin D, Collagen, Creatine (which puts water into your muscles) Magnesium (Dr. Hyman talks about how they used Magnesium to bring Emergency Room victims back to life).  I take a Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc combo capsule.


Through my study of Blue Zones, healthy eating, including relevant supplements and exercise, I have been able to avoid having to have painful, and possibly further debilitating, knee surgery.

The body heals itself...we simply need to supplement and enhance its already highly effective renewal and recovery processes...
