Instead of choosing bread, potatoes, high carbohydrate pastries with no nutrition, I have discovered, which is for me: the Perfect American Breakfast. I love giving BirchBenders the credit for coming out with some of the tastiest pancakes I have ever enjoyed.
Coupled with two over-easy eggs, I find this to be both visually, nutritionally, and satisfyingly the best breakfast on the planet. As you can see by this photo, the preparation is pretty straightforward.
However, in true Dr. Deb proclivity, my mind begins to create more and more options, including Keto granola added to the pancake mix and a variety of other ways to incorporate eggs, including omelets, veggies, and breakfast skillets.
I hope that this exciting new way to eat, the Kegan Diet, will inspire others to create low carb, healthy and satisfying meals that you would like to share with us.
